Troubleshooting
Server not appearing in panel?
- Check agent is running:
systemctl status blitzpress-agent - Check agent logs:
journalctl -u blitzpress-agent -f - Verify outbound HTTPS (agent connects to
app.blitzpress.dev) - Check config:
cat /opt/blitzpress/config.json
Installation failed?
- Ensure the VPS has a fresh OS install (no existing Apache/Nginx)
- Run as root:
sudo su -then the install command - Check minimum RAM:
free -h(need at least 512MB) - Re-run the install — it’s idempotent (safe to run multiple times)
